This is from my personal/photography Tumblr, but guysssss!! I’m 125 lbs!!  
I hosted a weight loss/Biggest Loser contest with some girls and ended up in second place (I lost 10.3% of my body weight and the winner lost 10.73% of hers, SO CLOSE!!)
But either way, everyone in the contest still won because we all lost weight! I started at 139.4 lbs at the start of the contest (January 22) and am now 125.6 as of May 19; lost 14 pounds!!

Past Month Weigh In: 1/28 - 2/25

I’ve been having a loooot of trouble losing the last 15-20 pounds, so in order to get motivated again, a month ago, I started a “Biggest Loser Challenge/Contest” with 9 other girls who I went to high school with and it’s basically super motivation to get healthy and lose weight!

Each girl puts in $50 and the one who loses the most weight (of their original body percentage, just like the show!) wins ALL of the money! The prize is huuuuge and it’s definitely helped me really stay on track! Especially because I’m super competitive and I want that $$$ for the summmmaaa! 

The contest started on January 28 and ends on May 18. We meet every two weeks to do a group weigh in and to talk about our progress and share tips and other things like that and I also have a private Facebook group with all the members where I post all the results with (I also have a chart hung up when we do the weigh ins too!) a graph and everyone’s results, as well as weekly and total weight and percentage loss!

Here are my results so far:

(Start Date) January 28: 139.4
(Week 1) February 4: 135.4
(Week 2) February 11: 133.0
(Week 3) February 18: 132. 4
(Week 4) February 25: 131.2

So as of right now, I’m in the lead with a total weight loss of 8.2 pounds and percentage loss of 5.88%, and this has been the results of the first month! I’m working really hard and I want to stay in the lead the whole time! MOTIVATION EVERYONE! DEDICATE YOURSELF TO HEALLLLTHH! (:

So I’m going to start posting my weekly weigh ins again, as well as my measurements. I haven’t done this March/April 2012, and I really liked it when I did! It’s more for myself, but I’d love for you guys to follow me on my journey to my goal body too! Let’s do it together everyone! <3

Start Weight (October 26, 2011): 205

April 4, 2012: 142

Total loss to date: 63 lbs

Been gone for a while! A couple days before March 17, I ate pretty badly and gained 3 pounds back; I was 148 before I left for vacation on March 17. I came back March 25 and ended up only gaining one pound that week! Which was really surprising because I seriously ate whatever I wanted and only worked out 2 of the 7 days I was gone haha. I guess I did walk a lot since we went shopping everyday and I did control my portions, but still! I was really, really surprised. I was expecting like a 5 pound weight gain haha.

Anyways, that was the last time I weighed myself before finally getting back on track, so I ended up weighing 149 on Sunday, March 25. 

Since then, I’ve been pretty dang strict and working out real hard and in 1.5 weeks I lost SEVEN pounds!! EFF TO THE YES YES YES! :D :D :D Aiming to break the 130s by next Wednesday!

Finally, my calves are getting smaller! They’ve stayed the same measurement for the longest time! Yesss!

I’m going to California for spring break on March 17, so I’m aiming to break the 130s by then; 6 pounds to be 139 in 10 days sounds like a pretty big stretch, but I’m going to push real hard! I’m ready! Crunch time! My family who has made me feel like complete crap about my weight and body my whole life will be really surprised from when they saw me last summer! I was sixty pounds heavier! And then next year when they see me when I’m at my goal body, they will EAT THEIR WORDS. Stoked.

Whaddup 140s!??? Haven’t seen you in a LONG TIMEEEE <3333

Two pounds down this week, and in the last two weeks I’ve lost 1 inch in both my waist and hips, and half an inch in my thighs!! Yayayay!

Calves have stayed the same size for a long long time though… ugh. I’ve always had huge muscular calves. It’s probably my Vibram FiveFingers too since they make you do everything on the balls on your feet! I don’t mind toooo much though, I’m sure they’ll shrink with more time (:

I’ve decided to drop my anatomy class this semester and take it next semester with a much much much better and less crazy professor, so I have SO much more time on my hands! Started going back to the gym so I could add weight training back into my routine and it feels so amazing! No more just cardio for me (:
