Breakfast:
• ½ cup oatmeal with 1 banana, ¼ cup Friendly Farms Almond Milk, 1 handful of almonds, 1 tsp chia seeds
• 1 clementine
Lunch:
• ½ cup Fagé Greek yogurt with ¼ cup Millville All Natural Oats and Honey Granola and ½ grapes
• 4 tbs whole kernel popcorn (air popped; Great Value butter-flavor cooking spray, garlic salt, garlic powder, nutritional yeast)
Dinner:
• 1.5 cup couscous meal: couscous, garlic, corn, peas, tomato, and mushrooms
• 1 pomegranate
Snacks throughout day:
• 5 tbs whole kernel popcorn (air popped; Great Value butter-flavor cooking spray, garlic salt, garlic powder, nutritional yeast)
Drinks:
• 48 oz. water
Exercise:
• Elliptical: 45 min, -450 cal
