Thank you so much! ((:
Thank you so much! ((:
Thank you darling :3
Do strength training! Add in free weights and make sure you do both “push” exercises as well as “pull” exercises to even everything out. I will be putting up my strength training workout in the next couple of days, so make sure to keep checking back! (:
Thank you so much!
As for tips, try introducing a healthier lifestyle little by little, such as cutting out all sodas for a week, then cutting out all sweets and adding in fruits to replace it, then replace the chips for veggies, etc. After you get a hang of eating a bit healthier, then slowly start adding in some exercise!
Cutting out everything cold turkey can be overwhelming and can cause late night urges; I’ve definitely been there before. Just remember it takes time before you will see results, but it will be worth it! <3
Drink LOTS and LOTS of water! I try to aim for 120 ounces of water (this includes tea as well) a day, but I usually end up drinking around 72 ounces.
Also, moderation is key! If you want some cake, eat one small piece of cake! But, just one, and make that maybe once a week! A cheat meal, not DAY, is healthy, and always keeps me on track. This way I don’t feel like I’m depriving myself!
Thank you so, so much for your kind words. You are far too sweet (: <33
I definitely understand that it’s hard at first! But you just need to find your motivation and just do it and try to stick with it for about three weeks, and then it becomes habit and isn’t so hard anymore (: and any of the blogs I reblog form are great motivation!

Good luck! <3
<333 goal accomplished (:
I only did insanity! It’s EXTREMELY intense and I think it gave me both enough cardio and strength training for one day. I didn’t follow the food guide, but I did eat clean!
Thank you so much! I’m just wanting more muscle tone and abs now (:
To stay on track, I just think about how much better I feel now that I have a healthy lifestyle, and that honestly probably helps the most. I hated the feeling I had when I was obese, I was lazy and felt uncomfortable all the time.
I think about how much energy I have now when I eat healthy and exercise and it gives me the motivation to not eat junky foods and to be active! I also look at my motivation wall, think of how far I’ve come, look through a folder on my phone of my “before” pictures, look through fitness magazines, or look through my dash!
Thank you so much! And here is an example of my daily intake/exercise that might be able to help!
YESS YOU CAN SO DO IT!! (: And as of right now, I do have a bit of stretch marks that are still prominent, but I’m hoping as I keep building on muscle, my skin will get tighter and they will fade!
Thank you so much! I’m so glad you’re enjoying my blog! (:
Maybe start off with exercise 4-5 days a week and here’s an example of my intake, which might be helpful to look at!
YOU SAYING THAT I’M SO TINY JUST MADE ME SO HAPPY OMG <333
