Breakfast:
- ½ cup oatmeal with 1 banana, ½ cup Friendly Farms Almond Milk, 1 handful of almonds
Lunch:
- ¼ cup whole kernel popcorn (air popped, Buttermist cooking spray, garlic salt, and cayenne pepper)
- 2 cups fruit salad: cantaloupe, grapes, strawberry
Dinner:
- 2 Chicken and Pepper Kebabs (recipe from All You magazine)
- 2 cups spinach salad (baby spinach, hard boiled egg, strawberry, green onions, balsamic vinegar)
Snacks throughout day:
- 2 clementines
- 2 cups watermelon
Drinks:
- 60 oz. water (7.5 cups)
Exercise:
- Insanity Day 9: Pure Cardio DVD
